At B.I. Sygnature, we are committed to providing premium beauty products and professional services. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding product returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Dutch and European Union consumer laws.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases – EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchase products online or remotely (e.g., via website, phone, or social media), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the product.

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.

  • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Refunds:

  • We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding upgraded shipping options).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Reasons)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Wigs and human hair products

  • Ponytail hair extensions

  • Hair care products (shampoo, conditioners, oils, treatments)

  • Skincare products (creams, cleansers, toners)

  • Cosmetic products

  • Any sealed product once unsealed

These exclusions comply with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code regarding hygiene-sensitive goods.


3. In-Store Purchases

For purchases made at our physical location:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit unless the product is defective.

Please note: The statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies only to online/remote purchases, not in-store purchases.


4. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Provide photographic evidence where applicable.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract. If a product is faulty, you may request repair, replacement, or refund.


5. Salon & Beauty Services

All salon services (hair styling, nail treatments, facials, makeup, and other treatments) are:

  • Non-refundable once performed.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please inform us within 24 hours so we can assess and offer a corrective solution where appropriate.

Deposits for appointments may be non-refundable if cancellations occur outside our cancellation timeframe (see Terms & Conditions).
