These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, bookings, retail purchases, and website use of B.I. Sygnature, operating in the Netherlands. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

B.I. Sygnature is a premium unisex beauty and hair centre providing professional services and integrated retail sales.


2. Services

We provide professional beauty services including but not limited to:

  • Hair styling and treatments

  • Nail studio services

  • Facials and skincare treatments

  • Makeup services

  • Cosmetic treatments

All services are delivered by trained professionals. Results may vary based on hair type, skin condition, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare advice.


3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

3.1 Booking Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed once scheduled via our website, in-store, or other approved booking channels.

For online bookings, automatic payment may be required at the time of booking.


3.2 Mandatory Deposits (Variable)

  • Deposits are required for selected services.

  • The deposit amount may vary depending on the treatment.

  • Deposit requirements will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are deducted from the final service cost.

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-show (see below).


3.3 Cancellation Policy – 48 Hours Required

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in:

    • Loss of deposit; or

    • Charge of up to 100% of the service fee (for fully prepaid bookings).

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

This policy applies to all bookings, including online automatic payments.


3.4 Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service.

  • If delay exceeds 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

  • Late cancellations due to lateness may incur full charges.


4. Online Bookings & Automatic Payments

  • Online bookings may require full payment or deposit at checkout.

  • Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.

  • Refunds for online bookings are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • In cases of technical payment errors, clients must notify us immediately.

All online transactions are processed securely.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless prepaid.

  • We accept approved electronic and in-store payment methods.


6. Retail Purchases

Retail purchases are governed by our Return Policy.

Online purchases are subject to the EU 14-day cooling-off period, except for hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

In-store purchases are eligible for return only under stated conditions.


7. Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose:

  • Allergies

  • Skin conditions

  • Medical conditions

  • Pregnancy

  • Medication that may affect treatment

Failure to disclose relevant information releases B.I. Sygnature from liability related to adverse outcomes.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.


8. Product Use & Aftercare

Clients are responsible for:

  • Following aftercare instructions

  • Performing patch tests when advised

  • Using products as directed

We are not liable for reactions caused by misuse, undisclosed conditions, or failure to follow advice.


9. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

  • Must be used before expiry date (if applicable).

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

  • Liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.


11. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of:

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

  • Non-compliance with salon policies

  • Health and safety concerns


12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.


13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by Dutch law and handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Consumers may also seek alternative dispute resolution under applicable Dutch consumer regulations.


14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
